Duties:

• Handle complex litigation matters across various practice areas
• Provide strategic legal advice and support to clients in litigation cases
• Prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and resolutions
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Conduct legal research and provide concise summaries of findings
• Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
• Contribute to the firm’s growth and culture by promoting a collaborative and positive environment

Requirements:

• Strong academic background and a cultural fit with the firm
• Solid references and a history of job stability
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• Prior litigation experience is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
