Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases and offer updates.
• Show compassion, empathy, and professionalism to earn clients' trust and respect.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers.
• Evaluate claims and provide guidance regarding potential outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to secure the best possible results.
• Maintain a proactive approach to case management and problem-solving.
• Work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements

• Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Experience in evaluating claims and determining appropriate courses of action.
• Superb negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to approach problems proactively and find solutions.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Florida Bar (required).
