  • Assist clients with complex financial issues, ensuring all legal documents and strategies are tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including divorce decrees, estate plans, and tax-related documents.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to high-net-worth clients.
  • Develop strategies for complex cases, involving financial planning and asset protection.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to deliver high-quality client service.
  • Manage a reasonable monthly billable hours requirement while maintaining flexibility in the work schedule.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Colorado litigation or estate planning and tax law.
  • Strong understanding of complex financial issues and the ability to handle high-stakes legal matters.
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Proven attention to detail and the ability to provide creative legal solutions.
  • Must be admitted to practice law in Colorado.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active admission to the Colorado Bar.
