A law firm is seeking a Real Estate Partner for its Akron office with 5-7 years of experience in negotiating, drafting, and closing commercial real estate transactions in a law firm real estate practice group.

 

Job Overview:

The candidate will represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and financing. Additionally, they should have a Book of at least $250,000 and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with teams and independently, manage multiple projects, and successfully collaborate with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients.

 

Duties:

  • Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
  • Negotiate, draft, and close commercial real estate transactions.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams and independently.
  • Work successfully with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients.

 

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in negotiating, drafting, and closing commercial real estate transactions in a law firm real estate practice group.
  • Book of at least $250,000.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams and independently.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to work successfully with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients.
  • Must be licensed or able to attain a license to practice law in the State of Ohio.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Must be licensed or able to attain a license to practice law in the State of Ohio.
