Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional legal representation to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and achieve the best possible outcomes. The position involves working directly with clients, managing cases, negotiating settlements, and preparing for trial if necessary.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, offer guidance, and demonstrate compassion and empathy.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they trust and feel confident in your legal abilities.
• Keep clients informed with regular updates on case progress.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.
• Evaluate claims and cases to determine the best course of action.
• Negotiate settlements and resolutions on behalf of clients.
• Prepare cases for trial, including gathering evidence, drafting legal documents, and coordinating with experts.
• Represent clients in court, handling first-chair trial duties when needed.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation, ensuring everything is current and accurate.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure high-quality representation.

Requirements:

• Full-time availability.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, particularly in personal injury law.
• Proven experience as first-chair trial counsel.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong ability to evaluate claims, manage cases, and negotiate favorable outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an office setting.
• Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate with colleagues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
