Attorney Specialist Asset Management and Investment Funds

A law firm seeks an Attorney Specialist to join its Asset Management and Investment Funds (AMIF) practice group. The Attorney Specialist will focus on assisting with derivatives transactions and repurchase agreements for registered investment company clients, including mutual funds, ETFs, and closed-end funds.

Duties

• Provide legal support on derivatives transactions and repurchase agreements.

• Offer guidance on regulatory compliance for investment fund operations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in asset management, investment funds, or related legal practice areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
