Job Overview
A prominent plaintiff-side employment rights practice is seeking a dedicated Trial Lawyer to join its growing team. This role involves advocating for clients facing workplace mistreatment, ensuring justice and fairness in employment litigation.

Location: Kansas City, MO 

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of employment litigation, including:
    • Intake and administrative charges
    • Discovery and motion practice
    • Jury trials and appeals
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships through extensive contact
  • Prepare and present oral arguments in court

Requirements

  • Must be a member of the Missouri Bar
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct employment litigation experience
  • Significant experience with oral advocacy in St. Louis-area courts

Education

  • Strong academic background required

Certifications

  • Missouri Bar membership is mandatory

Skills
