Duties:

• Represent financial institutions, investors, developers, and sponsors in renewable energy transactions.
• Provide strategic legal counsel for project finance, acquisitions, and development matters.
• Negotiate and draft agreements related to renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with clients to structure deals that meet legal and financial objectives.
• Manage and grow client relationships within the renewable energy industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project finance or renewable energy law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and expand a portable book of business.
• Proven experience working with financial institutions or sponsors in renewable energy sectors.
• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and written communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Must have the ability or willingness to gain admission to practice in Minnesota promptly.
