Duties:

• Oversee personal injury cases, handling all phases from pre-litigation through trial.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other necessary legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout their case.
• Work closely with legal support staff to streamline case management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial preparation skills.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Client-focused approach with exceptional communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Texas and good standing with the Texas State Bar.
