Duties:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis using legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.

  • Lead legal proceedings including hearings, trials, and depositions.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys in developing case strategies and tactics.
  • Negotiate settlements and draft settlement agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Provide ongoing legal counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications and case developments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of litigation cases.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in commercial litigation, including mediation and arbitration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases independently.
  • Strong deposition and courtroom experience.
  • Experience in real estate, business law, or related fields is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective legal strategies.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, etc.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.
