A well-established law firm in northern New Jersey is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join its team. The firm specializes in representing public boards of education and handles administrative and civil litigation related to employment, labor, and education law. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and writing skills and have an interest in litigation and education law.

Assist in handling administrative and civil litigation matters.
Provide legal counsel related to employment, labor, and education law.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and opinions.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Clerkship experience and/or trial experience is a plus.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
Strong legal research and writing abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
