Estate Planning Attorney

The candidate will handle Estate Planning, Estate/Trust Administration, Medicaid Planning, and long-term care benefits. Develop relationships with clients as they establish legal needs, provide counsel, and help them understand their legal options. Conduct research, prepare legal documents (wills, powers of attorney, living wills, probate and estate administration, etc.), and perform other duties to ensure that clients receive the best and most cost-effective legal solutions. Must be licensed in NC.
