Professional Support Attorney

Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm is seeking a Professional Support Attorney to assist with business development, knowledge management, and strategic growth initiatives for its Complex Commercial Litigation practice. This role involves collaborating with attorneys and firm leadership to enhance marketing efforts, manage legal content, track case developments, and support revenue growth strategies.

Location:

• Dallas, Texas

Duties:

• Develop and execute marketing and strategic plans aligned with the practice group's business development goals.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of brochures, attorney biographies, and website content.
• Track litigation cases and maintain up-to-date status reports.
• Ensure firm matters are reported to legal league tables and relevant publications.
• Prepare and manage responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and pitch materials.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for revenue growth and profitability enhancement.
• Draft articles, legal updates, and e-communications for clients and industry publications.
• Coordinate and collaborate on conferences, industry events, and other profile-raising activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience as a practicing attorney in complex commercial litigation or a related practice area.
• Strong business development and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in legal marketing, client development, or knowledge management preferred.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to a U.S. state bar.

Skills:
