Duties:

• Represent clients in business-related litigation matters, including contract disputes, corporate governance issues, and intellectual property matters.
• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct research and analysis of legal issues relevant to ongoing cases.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and advise them on legal strategies.
• Assist in developing case strategies and managing case progression.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to refine case strategies and support larger litigation efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of litigation experience, with a focus on business disputes.
• Active membership in the South Carolina Bar.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• SC Bar Admission required.
