Duties:

• Represent clients in securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, and commercial disputes.

• Advocate before regulators to minimize or avoid enforcement actions.

• Collaborate on internal, government, and regulatory investigations.

• Provide legal advice and counsel on securities law issues.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in securities litigation or related fields.

• Experience handling securities-related disputes and investigations.

• Knowledge of federal and state agencies’ securities law enforcement.

• Strong analytical, research, and writing abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California or New York Bar.

Salaries are in line with other top Bay Area firms, and the firm provides a $10,000 bonus for all lawyers who bill at least 1,950 hours, with additional money based on three separate billable-hour levels above 1,950.
