Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on insurance coverage issues, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
• Analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and coverage disputes to offer strategic counsel to clients.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation, including drafting and filing legal documents, motions, and pleadings.

Requirements:
