Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Advise clients on data breach response, mitigation, and legal compliance with federal and state privacy laws.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney specializing in cybersecurity and data privacy.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state data privacy and security regulations.
  • Proven experience with data breach and security incident response, including forensic investigations.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate complex cybersecurity matters, both independently and as part of a team.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
