A law firm in Lebanon, PA is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and an interest in developing a diverse practice with immediate client contact. Candidates should be enthusiastic about litigation, trusts & estates, and/or real estate law. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal representation and counsel to clients in litigation, trusts & estates, and/or real estate matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advice.
  • Manage cases from inception to resolution, including preparing for and attending hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing timely and effective communication regarding case progress and legal advice.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to handle complex legal issues and deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and other written documents required for litigation and other legal proceedings.
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and settlement discussions as necessary.
  • Stay current with changes in relevant laws and legal precedents.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • Strong academic credentials with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality legal work.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and research skills.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and cases efficiently.
  • Interest in building a diverse legal practice and developing client relationships.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in the state where the firm is located (or eligibility to take the bar exam).
