  • Attend and participate in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
  • Stay current with developments in securities law and regulations.
  • Manage case files and maintain detailed records of case activities and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in securities litigation.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Barred in California or eligible to sit for/waive into the next Bar exam.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in California or eligibility to obtain.
