Senior Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate Attorney with substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions. The position entails:

Job Overview:

• Lead the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents for mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage the deal process and client relationships effectively.
• Supervise junior associates and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions matters.
• Handle day-to-day demands related to various mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Duties:

• Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents for mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage the entire deal process and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates in mergers and acquisitions matters.
• Address day-to-day requirements of various mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of mergers and acquisitions experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High degree of maturity and business sense.
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
• Experience with large regional, national, or international law firms preferred.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in California (preferred).
• Additional certifications or courses related to mergers and acquisitions (preferred).
