Duties:

• Manage complete case-handling responsibilities from initiation to final resolution.
• Handle a legal caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain direct communication with clients throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in insurance defense.
• Admitted to the California State Bar, with active and good standing membership.
• Strong understanding of insurance defense practices and procedures.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
