Requirements:

  • Experience representing lenders or tax equity investors is highly preferred.
  • Strong academic background and proven legal analytical skills.

  • Must be a member of the North Carolina Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
