Litigation Attorney

A law firm based in Beverly Hills is seeking a Litigation Attorney. The attorney will primarily focus on employment law matters, including defending wage and hour claims and class action lawsuits. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation, including case management, motion practice, and deposition proceedings. Strong written and oral advocacy skills are essential for this role.

Duties:

• Handle wage and hour class/PAGA actions and/or single plaintiff employment lawsuits from inception through conclusion
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Attend court hearings and trials
• Assist in client meetings and consultations
• Manage caseloads and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters

Requirements:

• Admission to the California State Bar is mandatory
• Law degree from an American Bar Association (ABA)-accredited law school
• 1+ years of experience in any litigation field, preferably with a focus on employment law
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence
