Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in patent litigation.
• Strong understanding of patent law and litigation processes.
• Proven ability to conduct legal research and analysis.
• Experience drafting motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
