Duties

• Serve as lead attorney in personal injury trials

• Conduct examinations before trial (EBTs)

• Represent clients at court appearances and hearings

• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers

• Develop litigation strategy and manage personal injury cases through all phases

• Maintain communication with clients and update them on case progress

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law

• Demonstrated trial experience in plaintiff-side litigation

• Experience conducting depositions and appearing in court

• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively

• Strong litigation presence and courtroom confidence

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of New York (required)
