Duties:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, financing agreements, and project development contracts.

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of legal opinions and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in project development, finance, or related areas, with significant involvement in M&A, financing transactions, and renewable energy projects.

  • Proven track record of managing complex transactions and delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Stellar academic credentials.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to the Bar in Washington, DC (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).
