Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Review Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law and be capable of reviewing, analyzing, and drafting various legal documents, including but not limited to retainer agreements, fee agreements, Power of Attorney forms, case management agreements, and confidentiality agreements.

Location:

  • Seattle, WA

Duties:

  • Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Draft and revise legal documents as needed.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis as required.
  • Assist with client intake and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with other legal and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Washington (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of contract law principles.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Washington (preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of contract law principles.
  • Research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required).
  • Experience with immigration law (preferred, but not required).
