Requirements

• Proven experience in patent counseling or prosecution within the life sciences field.
• Ph.D. in chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific and technical concepts effectively in English, both written and verbally.
• Registered as a USPTO patent agent or eligible to sit for the USPTO registration exam.

Education
