Family Law Attorney

A law firm seeks a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join its growing legal team in Frisco, TX. Duties

• Research and analyze legal issues related to family law cases.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediation proceedings.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance tailored to the needs of clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex family law matters.
• Develop and implement strategies to advocate for clients’ best interests.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in family law.
• Proficiency in using legal research software.
• Strong legal writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• License to practice law in Texas (State Bar of Texas).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Texas State Bar License (required).
