Entry-Level Associate Attorney

A growing law firm is seeking a dedicated Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join its team. This role will focus on misdemeanor defense in justice and municipal courts across Arizona, along with handling post-conviction relief matters, including set-aside seals and expungements for both misdemeanor and felony records. Duties:

• Represent clients facing misdemeanor charges in justice and municipal courts
• Handle post-conviction relief cases, including set-aside motions, sealing of records, and expungements
• Provide strategic advocacy and legal counsel to clients navigating the legal process
• Gain courtroom and litigation experience while working alongside experienced attorneys
• Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Arizona
• Strong interest in criminal defense and post-conviction relief
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Arizona State Bar License
