Duties

• Manage meet-and-confer communications with opposing counsel to address discovery deficiencies.
• Oversee and prepare responses to discovery requests, including drafting objections where appropriate.
• Take and defend depositions, including preparation of deposition outlines and strategy.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure seamless case management.
• Engage in strategic planning with the lead trial attorney to strengthen case outcomes.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in California.
• At least 1 year of litigation experience.
