Duties:

• Advise clients on their legal rights and draft case-related legal documents.
• Represent clients in pretrial hearings and strategize case direction based on outcomes.
• Handle court appearances, trials, motions drafting, witness interviews, and legal research.
• Evaluate potential case outcomes using knowledge of legal precedents.
• Manage an active caseload effectively and provide timely legal analyses to clients.
• Collect and organize evidence to strengthen client cases or counter-prosecution arguments.
• Prepare clients for depositions and strategize case objectives with supporting evidence and expert testimony.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4-5 years of criminal defense experience.
• Proficiency in managing complex criminal cases across federal, state, and local levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to CA State Bar and in good standing.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.
