Location:

Duties:

• Assist clients with estate planning, trust, and estate administration
• Develop tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies, including business succession and asset protection planning
• Manage estate and trust administration matters in and out of the Florida court system
• Collaborate with team members on high-net-worth client matters involving trusts and estates
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant Florida state and federal tax laws

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in sophisticated trusts and estates matters, including tax and succession planning
• Excellent client service skills with a high standard of professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on advocacy
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and proactively, developing creative solutions for client needs

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the Florida State Bar in good standing
