Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, business professionals, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.
  • Handle client deliverables, phone calls, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Produce high-quality work while meeting deadlines and firm expectations.
  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Comply with the firm's policies and procedures.
  • Manage work responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing demands.
  • Participate in virtual and in-person meetings, conference calls, and work sessions.
  • Handle all other tasks, projects, or duties as assigned by senior staff.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in lender-side representation for commercial finance transactions.
  • Previous work with banks or private credit funds, particularly in technology, life sciences, or middle-market sectors, is highly preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and admitted to practice in Texas.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
