Duties:

• Advise clients on their legal rights and draft legal documents relevant to their cases
• Attend pretrial hearings and provide strategic advice to clients after each hearing
• Manage court appearances, trial preparation, motion drafting, witness interviews, and legal research
• Analyze case outcomes using legal precedents to determine the best strategy
• Handle a caseload efficiently and ensure cases progress in a timely manner
• Provide legal analysis to help clients understand possible case benefits
• Gather and evaluate evidence to support clients' cases and counter prosecution charges
• Prepare clients for depositions and gather crucial information from witnesses and experts to support case strategy

Requirements:

• Experience handling complex criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California
