Duties

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactions.
  • Admission to practice law in the State of California.

  • Experience working with various stakeholders in real estate, including developers and lenders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active California State Bar license.
