Location:

Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate principal financing documentation for project finance transactions

  • Review and analyze project documentation related to renewable energy and energy transition projects

  • Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams on complex project matters

  • Provide legal counsel on large-scale energy and infrastructure projects

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Finance Lawyer

  • Strong competency in drafting and negotiating financing agreements

  • Experience in renewable energy sector preferred

  • Experience in reviewing project documentation preferred

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

  • Admission to the relevant state bar (New York, California, Illinois, or D.C.)

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the respective state(s)

Skills:

  • Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
