Litigation Associate Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex discovery and legal issues.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.

• Work closely with senior attorneys on all aspects of litigation.

• Advocate for clients in a variety of civil litigation matters.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of progressive civil litigation experience.

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.
