• Duties:

  • Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and mediation or settlement conferences.
  • Review policies, claims, medical records, and other pertinent documents.
  • Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Oversee and direct discovery processes, including medical record reviews and assessments.
  • Manage and supervise legal team members, including paralegals and case managers.
  • Assess and monitor case deadlines and milestones.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
  • Provide prompt and effective client communication and support.

• Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the State Bar Association.
  • Active license to practice law in Florida and Texas.
  • 1-3 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
  • Bilingual proficiency required (English/Spanish).
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate on behalf of clients.
