The candidate will be responsible for courtroom appearances, strategy development for discovery, trial, and dispositive motions, conducting and defending depositions, conducting legal research, and preparing briefs. Excellent research skills, writing skills, and verbal communication are required. Experience working with non-profit entities is preferred. Illinois Bar admission is mandatory.
