Duties:

• Prepare pleadings and discovery demands.
• Summarize key documents relevant to cases.
• Review contracts, architectural plans, specifications, and financial documents.
• Analyze ESI on standard platforms.
• Conduct depositions and draft deposition reports.
• Assist in litigation strategy development.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members in case management.

Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of experience in construction and commercial litigation.
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York (or eligible for admission).
