Litigation Associate Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including Examinations Under Oath (EUO) and 50-H hearings.
• Make court appearances for conferences, motion arguments, and trials.
• Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements in collaboration with legal teams.
• Provide high-quality advocacy for clients in personal injury matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Proven trial experience with a successful track record.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar (Required).
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is preferred but not required.
