Duties

• Provide legal representation for clients in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including petitions, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Advise and counsel clients on their legal rights, responsibilities, and available options.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences on behalf of clients.
• Work with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal support.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and personalized service.
• Manage case files and meet deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Georgia.
• 1-3 years of experience in family law (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and client-focused approach.

Education

• Doctorate (Preferred) – Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Georgia Bar license (Required)
