This role involves managing a high-volume caseload, working closely with clients, and passionately advocating for justice in court. Duties:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 150 cases, with 50 in active litigation monthly.
• Guide cases from intake through resolution, including settlements and jury verdicts.
• Conduct depositions, prepare and respond to motions, and lead mediations.
• Develop and implement effective case strategies tailored to each client.
• Act as lead counsel during jury trials, advocating vigorously for clients' rights.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience (5-8 years preferred).
• Trial Expertise: At least 5+ first-chair jury verdicts are required; 10+ is preferred.
• Licensure: Active and in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar; additional state bar admissions are advantageous.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules.
• Communication: Strong ability to convey legal strategies and build client relationships.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Kentucky State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong litigation and trial advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in crafting motions, depositions, and legal strategies.
• Exceptional time management to handle a high-volume caseload efficiently.
