Duties:

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies for clients' business and transactional needs.
  • Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents related to business, real estate, and estate matters.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance on legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate/business transactions, real estate transactions, or trust and estate matters.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legal principles and regulations.
  • Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the State of California, in good standing.
