Job Overview:

Location:

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various criminal law topics.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and plea negotiations.
  • Prepare for and participate in depositions and witness interviews.
  • Advise and guide clients through all stages of their cases.
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Assist with legal administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of criminal defense experience in Arizona.
  • Demonstrated experience in client management and direct client interaction.
  • Strong litigation skills, including the ability to effectively argue motions and trials.
