This full-time, on-site position involves conducting and overseeing real estate closings, including residential and commercial purchases, refinances, new construction, and more. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and successful closings, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. Location:

Duties:

  • Conduct and oversee real estate closings for residential and commercial transactions
  • Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure successful closings
  • Review and prepare closing documents, contracts, and other necessary paperwork
  • Provide expert guidance to clients through the closing process
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal real estate laws and regulations
  • Maintain excellent customer service and address client inquiries throughout the process
  • Manage multiple transactions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in North Carolina (Required)
  • Prior experience in real estate law, particularly in conducting closings (Preferred but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (Required)

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license in North Carolina (Required)
