• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and oppositions.

• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

• Provide legal counsel to clients, ensuring effective communication and case strategy.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date client files and case documentation.

• Assist in negotiating settlements and preparing cases for trial.

• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure smooth case progression.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury law.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
