Duties:

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through verdict, ensuring each case is handled with the utmost care and attention.
  • Draft, file, and respond to motions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of legal principles and procedures.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and exceptional service throughout the legal process.
  • Develop and execute persuasive legal strategies using extensive knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP) and Rules of Evidence.
  • Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes, ensuring thorough trial preparation.
  • Lead trial preparation and represent clients in court, ensuring a high standard of performance in all legal proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with at least 1 year in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense).
  • Proven experience handling jury trials from start to finish.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona (or Texas, Colorado, or New Mexico).
  • Strong experience drafting legal motions and pleadings.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of TRCP and Rules of Evidence.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex legal matters with professionalism and confidence.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with support staff.
  • Experience in taking and defending depositions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the State Bar of Arizona (or Texas, Colorado, or New Mexico).

Skills:
