This position offers an opportunity for a professional with 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law. Location:

Duties:

  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives
  • Provide legal counsel on estate planning strategies, tax implications, and asset protection
  • Administer trusts and estates, including probate proceedings, tax filings, and asset distribution
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to deliver seamless client service
  • Advise clients on estate tax planning and the preparation of estate tax returns (a plus)

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active and in good standing with the state bar
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience with estate tax returns is a plus

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership with the state bar (required)
